OLIVE N SAGE ACADEMY — ENROLLMENT TERMS. By checking this box you agree to the following:
1. NO REFUNDS. All payments are final, including deposits, payment-plan installments, and paid-in-full tuition, for any reason, including schedule conflicts, illness, travel, change of mind, or a state or county restricting these services.
2. NO TRANSFERS. Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person, class date, location, or course.
3. PAYMENTS. Deposit balances and payment-plan installments are charged automatically on schedule. All tuition, including deposit balances and payment-plan installments, must be paid in full before the first day of class. A payment plan is a commitment to the full amount, not a cancellation option. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your seat may be released with no refund of amounts paid. Certificates are issued only after your balance is paid in full.
4. ATTENDANCE. Missed, late, or partial attendance forfeits that portion of training with no refund or make-up.
5. ACADEMY CANCELLATION. If Olive N Sage Academy cancels or reschedules a class, you will receive a seat in a future class of equal value. The Academy is not responsible for travel or lodging costs.
6. LICENSING AND SCOPE OF PRACTICE. Certification is not a license to practice. The Academy does not advise on any state's laws. You are solely responsible for confirming, before enrolling, that your state and county allow you to perform these services and for obtaining any required licenses. Learning that a service is restricted where you live is not grounds for a refund.
7. NO INCOME GUARANTEE. Pricing and earnings examples are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on your skill, market, effort, and local regulations.
8. HEALTH AND SAFETY. You confirm you are fit to participate and accept the risks of hands-on training, including needles and live-model work.
9. CONDUCT. The Academy may dismiss any student for unsafe, unprofessional, or disruptive behavior without a refund.
10. COURSE MATERIALS. Materials, protocols, and videos are for your personal use only. Recording, sharing, reselling, or teaching the curriculum is prohibited.
11. PROFESSIONAL KIT. Kits are non-returnable once received or shipped.
12. PHOTOS. The Academy may use class photos and video for marketing unless you opt out in writing before class.
13. CHARGEBACKS. You acknowledge you accepted these terms at checkout. Chargebacks filed instead of following these terms will be disputed, and course access and certification may be revoked.
14. LIABILITY. The Academy's total liability is limited to tuition paid. You agree to hold Olive N Sage Academy, its owners, and trainers harmless for claims arising from your own practice after training.
15. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by Nevada law, with venue in Washoe County, Nevada. Checking this box is your electronic signature.
